KSrelief Supervisor Examines Aid Programs For Earthquake Victims In Syria And Turkiye
Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Rabeeah, Advisor at the Royal Court and Supervisor General of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), recently visited Hatay Province in Turkiye. His visit aimed to inspect KSrelief's voluntary programs for earthquake victims in Syria and Turkiye.
During his visit, Dr. Al Rabeeah toured Reyhanli MMT American Hospital to observe the Saudi Voluntary "Samaa" Program for Auditory Rehabilitation and Cochlear Implants. He met with the Saudi volunteer team involved in the program, receiving an explanation of its objectives and operational plan.

Dr. Al Rabeeah also visited earthquake-affected camps in Kirikhan, where he participated in distributing food baskets, health kits, and gifts for children. He was briefed on the voluntary efforts in psychological support and visited a specialized psychological clinic to understand the integrated medical services provided to survivors.
The visit included a tour of the Vocational Training Center, where Dr. Al Rabeeah reviewed various training courses offered to earthquake victims. These courses aim to enhance skills and expertise, supporting individuals during challenging times.
Additionally, Dr. Al Rabeeah visited the Prosthetics and Rehabilitation Center in Hatay to gain insights into its efforts in providing rehabilitation services to those injured by the earthquake.
Dr. Al-Rabeeah praised the distinguished performance of the Saudi crew for their outstanding implementation of humanitarian volunteer programs to aid earthquake victims in Syria and Turkiye. He highlighted that these efforts were generously sponsored and continuously supported by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia.
Beneficiaries of the voluntary programs expressed their gratitude to Saudi Arabia's government and people for their swift response after the earthquake disaster. They emphasized that Saudi Arabia will continue to be a source of support globally.

Dr. Al-Rabeeah emphasized that Saudi humanitarian initiatives will continue to serve those affected worldwide. He commended healthcare systems provided by KSrelief's clinic, which help disaster-affected individuals overcome trauma.
"The Kingdom will continue to be a source of support for those affected and in need globally," said Dr. Al-Rabeeah.
The visit underscored Saudi Arabia's commitment to humanitarian aid through KSrelief's various programs aimed at alleviating suffering among those impacted by natural disasters.
