Volunteer work is crucial in addressing humanitarian challenges and crises worldwide. Saudi Arabia, under Vision 2030, aims to promote volunteerism by raising awareness and enhancing its impact. The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) leads these efforts, executing over 3,135 projects worth $7 billion in 106 countries.
KSrelief's initiatives include the Saudi Portal for External Volunteering, launched in 2019, which allows individuals to register for global relief programs.
