Over 7,200 Beneficiaries Receive Medical Aid From KSrelief's Al-Jada Health Center In Yemen

In a significant humanitarian effort within Yemen's Hajjah Governorate, the Al-Jada Health Center clinics in the Midi District have extended their medical services to a vast number of beneficiaries. Supported by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), the clinics have reported a substantial outreach for January, providing essential healthcare to 7,228 individuals.

Last month, the emergency clinic was at the forefront of these efforts, offering critical care to 3,180 patients. The internal medicine clinic followed closely, with 1,401 beneficiaries receiving necessary medical attention. Pediatric services were not far behind, with 1,350 children benefiting from specialized care tailored to their needs.

KSrelief Aids Thousands in Yemen

The epidemiological clinic played a crucial role in addressing disease outbreaks and infections, treating 594 patients. Meanwhile, the obstetrics and gynecology clinic catered to 678 cases, highlighting the center's commitment to women's health. Additionally, the obstetrics department provided care to 25 cases, ensuring comprehensive maternal healthcare.

The center's laboratory department was instrumental in diagnosing conditions accurately, conducting 1,941 laboratory tests. The radiology department supported diagnostic efforts by benefiting 612 individuals with its services. Moreover, the pharmacy was a cornerstone of the center's operations, serving a remarkable 6,739 people.

Other departments such as surgery and dressing attended to 314 individuals, showcasing the center's readiness to handle various medical procedures. The observation department closely monitored 2,062 patients, ensuring their conditions were managed effectively. The blood transfusion department also played a vital role by assisting 47 beneficiaries.

Environmental Health Initiatives

In addition to healthcare services, the center implemented eight activities focused on waste disposal. This initiative underscores the importance of environmental health in preventing disease and promoting well-being among the community.

The comprehensive healthcare services provided by Al-Jada Health Center clinics in January reflect a significant effort towards addressing the medical needs of Yemen's population in the Midi District of Hajjah Governorate.
