GAIN Summit To Explore AI's Impact On Business Leadership And Production Efficiency

The third Global AI (GAIN) Summit, organised by the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), will take place in Riyadh from September 10-12, 2024. This event will highlight global experiences in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, emphasising the importance of business leaders understanding these rapidly evolving technologies to enhance production through strategic decision-making.

Over 300 speakers, including experts, specialists, and decision-makers from 100 countries, will participate. They will discuss effective methods for utilising AI to make strategic decisions and support responsible leadership. The summit aims to present business leaders with promising options and opportunities to benefit from AI technologies.

The discussions will also cover how AI impacts business growth and productivity. Speakers will explore ways to motivate employees within a work environment that aligns with the aspirations of business leaders. A study by PricewaterhouseCoopers revealed that productivity growth and manufacturing process improvements were five times faster when AI was used. Predictive maintenance can also minimise downtime and accelerate production rates, enabling plants to increase output with the same or fewer inputs.
