King Salman Global Academy For Arabic Language Welcomes Second Cohort Of Abjad Center Students From Over 30 Countries

The King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language has welcomed a new group of students from the Abjad Center for Teaching Arabic. These students, hailing from over 30 countries, will participate in face-to-face classes aimed at teaching Arabic to non-native speakers. The program is designed to enhance communication skills in Arabic within an engaging and culturally rich setting that encourages societal integration.

The academy's initiative follows the success of the first course, where students from the Abjad Center excelled. This success attracted more than 16,000 applicants from 34 countries, out of which 132 were chosen to ensure high-quality education and a comprehensive cultural experience. The curriculum employs an integrated unit-based approach, focusing on various elements and skills of the Arabic language.

Second Cohort of Abjad Center Students Welcomed

Structured according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), the program helps participants understand Arabic language structure, vocabulary, phonetics, and orthography. Graduates are expected to identify key aspects of Arab and Saudi culture, apply their language skills in both speech and writing, and communicate effectively in diverse situations.

A significant aspect of the Abjad Center is its commitment to promoting Arabic and Saudi culture among learners. This includes educating students about the nation's heritage, customs, and traditions.
