Khazanat Al Kutub To Present Over 575 Titles At Al Dhafra And Qasr Al Hosn Festivals In January 2025

Khazanat Al Kutub, an initiative by the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre (ALC), is set to enhance its cultural presence in January 2025. It will participate for the first time in the Al Dhafra and Qasr Al Hosn festivals, showcasing over 575 titles from various projects like the Kalima Project for Translation and the Esdarat initiative.

These new participations aim to solidify Khazanat Al Kutub's role in cultural circles. The initiative seeks to foster direct communication with the public by presenting ALC’s publications at significant events. This aligns with its goals to promote the Arabic language, encourage reading, and introduce enthusiasts to new publications at affordable prices.

Khazanat Al Kutub Showcases Titles at Festivals

The Al Dhafra Festival, organised by the Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage, will take place from 11th to 30th January 2025. Meanwhile, the Qasr Al Hosn Festival, managed by the Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), is scheduled from 25th January to 9th February 2025. Participating in these festivals marks a significant addition to Khazanat Al Kutub's engagements.

Through these events, Khazanat Al Kutub aims to reach readers at various cultural and social gatherings. This participation has previously contributed to increased book purchases across diverse topics. The initiative's regular field tours have facilitated effective engagement with the public, supporting ALC’s vision of strengthening cultural landscapes.
