KFSHRC Advances Treatment Of Drug-Resistant Epilepsy With Innovative Stereo-EEG Procedures

The King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre (KFSHRC) Epilepsy Center has solidified its status as a leading institution for Stereo-Electroencephalography (Stereo-EEG) procedures. Performing one to two cases weekly, it stands as the largest epilepsy surgery center in the Middle East. This reinforces its commitment to providing advanced solutions for drug-resistant epilepsy.

Since 1993, KFSHRC's Epilepsy Center has treated over 4,000 patients and conducted more than 2,000 surgeries for those unresponsive to medication.
