Kezad Group And BEEAH Launch Joint Venture To Deliver Targeted Waste Management In Abu Dhabi
The new joint venture between KEZAD Group and BEEAH will introduce unified waste management across KEZAD’s economic cities and free zones. Businesses in industrial and logistics zones will gain structured services that aim to cut landfill use and support Abu Dhabi’s wider circular economy goals.
Under the agreement, KEZAD Group holds a 51 percent stake, with BEEAH providing specialist waste sector expertise. The entity focuses on integrated, eco-friendly waste solutions that align with environmental regulations, helping companies operating in KEZAD locations meet compliance needs while improving operational reliability.

The joint venture will roll out services in stages, starting with core operations such as waste collection, tracking, sorting and street cleaning. Later phases will add recycling, composting and industrial waste recovery, gradually building towards advanced solutions that support a zero-waste to landfill approach.
As the partnership expands its scope, the joint venture plans to explore more sophisticated technologies for treatment and recovery. These future services are intended to back the wider circular economy in Abu Dhabi, ensuring materials stay in productive use within industrial value chains for longer periods.
A key element of the partnership is support for a planned Circular Environmental Facility at KEZAD Al Ma’mourah. This facility is designed to handle both solid and liquid waste streams, enabling processing, treatment and material recovery for reuse across KEZAD’s growing industrial network.
The new platform will provide an integrated hub for companies in KEZAD’s industrial and logistics zones, simplifying their waste arrangements under one coordinated system. By combining collection, treatment and recycling, the joint venture aims to create stable, utility-linked services that encourage long-term customer relationships.
