Sharjah's Kanaf Centre Reviews Strategies, Plans Future Development For Child Support
The Higher Committee of Kanaf Centre in Sharjah convened to review the strategies and programmes implemented since the centre's establishment. The committee assessed the practices of experts and specialists, as well as the outcomes achieved in supporting, treating, and assisting children who have suffered physical and sexual abuse. Hanadi Al Yafei, Director of the Child Safety Department (CSD) and Head of Kanaf's Higher Committee, highlighted that Kanaf Centre has significantly contributed to Sharjah's institutions. She emphasised that the centre aligns with the emirate's vision of nurturing a healthy, productive generation loyal to their country and society.
