KAFD To Host Second Annual Leadership Conference On Future Leadership Strategies
The King Abdullah Financial District Management and Development Company (KAFD DMC) is set to host the second Annual Leadership Conference on November 20 and 21. This event will gather both international and local experts, along with industry leaders, to discuss the evolving demands reshaping leadership across various sectors.
Under the theme "Charting Future Leadership Frontiers," the conference will offer a range of interactive sessions, workshops, and lessons. These activities are designed to provide strategic insights that enhance leadership flexibility and effectiveness. The aim is to equip leaders with the necessary tools and perspectives to navigate complex challenges.

Approximately 22 distinguished speakers will address key topics related to future leadership. Discussions will cover navigating geopolitical and economic shifts, leading through crises, negotiation strategies, and the future of human connection. These topics are crucial for understanding the changing landscape of leadership.
Mazroua Al Mazroua, KAFD's Chief Marketing and Experience Officer, highlighted the unprecedented challenges faced by today's leaders due to rapid global transformations. "With global digital transformation projected to reach a value of over $3.3 trillion by 2030, and with 85% of businesses worldwide expected to adopt new technology-driven strategies, the demands on leaders have never been greater," he stated.
The upcoming conference builds on the success of its inaugural edition, which attracted over 600 attendees. It featured 10 distinguished international speakers, including Minister of Investment Khalid Al-Falih and renowned global author Dr. Deepak Chopra. The previous event set a high standard for engaging discussions on leadership.
"The KAFD Annual Leadership Conference is designed to provide a platform for visionary leaders to come together, share insights, and explore strategies that will shape the future," Al Mazroua added. He emphasized their commitment to equipping leaders with resilience needed for impactful change in an increasingly complex world.
This year's conference aims not only to continue this tradition but also to expand its reach by addressing more diverse topics relevant to current global trends. By doing so, it seeks to prepare leaders for future challenges while fostering collaboration among participants from different sectors.
