Jusoor Exhibition In Pristina Highlights Saudi Identity Through Interactive Cultural Pavilions
The sixth Jusoor Exhibition in Pristina, Kosovo, serves as a platform to highlight Islamic values and promote cultural dialogue between Saudi Arabia, Islamic communities, and friendly nations. Organised by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, this international event showcases Saudi identity and Islam's moderate message through interactive and educational displays.
Participants from the International Quran Competition in the Balkans explored various sections of the Saudi pavilions. They visited the "Makkah Throughout History" pavilion, which illustrated the city's evolution over centuries using photographs, models, and informative displays. This exhibit provided a comprehensive view of Makkah's historical development.

Visitors also experienced a virtual reality presentation that offered immersive 3D views of significant landmarks in Makkah and Madinah. This technology allowed attendees to virtually explore these sacred sites, enhancing their understanding of their historical and religious significance.
The King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Qur’an exhibit was another major attraction. It displayed Qur’ans in various recitations and sizes, along with translations into multiple languages. A visual presentation detailed the complex's meticulous processes for printing, proofreading, and reviewing each copy.
The "International and Local Competitions" pavilion showcased prominent contests like the King Abdulaziz International Competition for Memorization, Recitation, and Interpretation of the Holy Qur’an. It also featured regional contests held across Asia, Africa, and Europe. This section underscored Saudi Arabia's leading role in promoting Quranic knowledge globally.
Additional exhibits focused on Saudi culture through displays of traditional dress, Arabic calligraphy, coffee, and dates. These elements highlighted the rich cultural heritage of Saudi Arabia while fostering greater understanding among visitors from different backgrounds.
Innovative Digital Applications
The exhibition also introduced digital applications developed by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs. Notably, a 3D Hajj and Umrah application uses modern technology to present religious content interactively. This app aims to engage users by providing an innovative way to learn about these important Islamic rituals.
This annual event continues to strengthen cultural ties by showcasing Saudi Arabia's commitment to promoting Islamic values worldwide. Through its diverse exhibits and interactive experiences, it fosters mutual understanding between different cultures while highlighting Saudi Arabia's contributions to Islamic education.
