Sheikha Jawaher Appoints Moza Al Shamsi As Director Of Sharjah Women’s Sports

Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, wife of Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and Chairperson of Sharjah Women's Sports, has appointed Moza Mohammed Al Shamsi as the Director of Sharjah Women's Sports, effective from July 1, 2024.

This move aims to promote women's sports in the UAE, particularly in Sharjah, and highlights the role of Emirati women in regional and international sporting events by encouraging their participation on various platforms.

The decree is in line with Sheikha Jawaher's vision to empower women to make a positive impact on their communities by leading national institutions that contribute to the Emirate's prosperity.
