Jabal AlQurain Avenue Project Launched To Support Saudi Entrepreneurs And Emerging Talent
Diriyah Company has unveiled "Jabal AlQurain Avenue," a new venture aimed at supporting Saudi and regional entrepreneurs in the retail and food-and-beverage sectors. This initiative offers diverse spaces tailored for startups and growing businesses, providing a platform for innovative brand concepts that enhance the experience of Diriyah's residents and visitors.
The avenue is part of the Qurain Cultural District, launched in 2024, designed to be a lively hub. It will feature Saudi products in retail, dining, and cafés, alongside arts, offices, and residences. This allows people to live, work, explore local brands, and enjoy authentic dining experiences.

Jerry Inzerillo, CEO of Diriyah Company Group, stated: "Jabal AlQurain Avenue marks an important step in our ongoing commitment to making Diriyah a place that nurtures Saudi talent, innovation, and creativity, helping it grow and prosper." He emphasized the company's pride in fostering an environment conducive to entrepreneurial ideas through various academies focused on heritage and culture.
The pedestrian-friendly avenue will include 56 retail units covering 7,301 square meters of leasable space. Additionally, there will be 15 restaurant and café units totaling 2,248 square meters. The project also includes residential units and office spaces dedicated to promoting Saudi heritage and culture.
Jabal AlQurain Avenue complements the Qurain Cultural District project. This joint venture between Nesma and Partners Contracting Co. UJSC and MAN Enterprise Al-Saudia LLC is valued at SAR5.8 billion ($1.55 billion). The district will also feature three luxury hotels: Ritz-Carlton Diriyah with 195 rooms and 165 residences; Address Diriyah with 204 rooms and 60 serviced apartments; Four Seasons Diriyah with 150 rooms.
The larger Diriyah project spans 14 square kilometers with 566,000 square meters of retail space. It contributes approximately SAR70 billion ($18.6 billion) to Saudi Arabia’s GDP while creating around 180,000 jobs. The area is expected to house about 100,000 residents.
Comprehensive Development
Diriyah will offer modern office spaces for professionals in technology, media, arts, education sectors. It will host museums, a university, the Royal Diriyah Opera House, Diriyah Arena along with nearly 40 world-class resorts and hotels. Additional attractions include restaurants, the Royal Golf Club Wadi Safar featuring a Greg Norman-designed championship golf course as well as the Royal Equestrian and Polo Club in Wadi Safar.
This comprehensive development aims to create a vibrant community that supports economic growth while preserving cultural heritage.
