IPS 2025 Launches In Dubai With Global Participation And Real Estate Innovations

The 21st International Property Show (IPS 2025) commenced at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Running until 16th April, it features over 300 exhibitors from 85 countries and anticipates more than 25,000 visitors. The event was inaugurated by Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, Director-General of the Dubai Land Department, highlighting its significance in the global real estate sector.

Bin Ghalita stated that hosting this international event signifies growing trust in Dubai's real estate market. He highlighted the Dubai Land Department's role in facilitating communication among all stakeholders within the real estate ecosystem. This aligns with the objectives of the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033.

IPS 2025 Kicks Off in Dubai Today

This year's IPS coincides with the launch of the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033. This strategy aims to solidify Dubai's position as a global real estate hub by promoting transparency and innovation. It also seeks to create an integrated and sustainable investment environment in the emirate.

The Dubai Land Department is presenting several strategic initiatives at IPS 2025. These include "Real Estate i" for promoting the sector globally, "She Pioneers" to empower women in real estate, and a "Real Estate Tokenisation Project" leveraging blockchain technology. These initiatives aim to enhance innovation and inclusivity within the sector.

The first day of IPS featured panel discussions during the main conference and the "Institutional Investors Conference." Global experts shared insights on future trends in real estate, supporting a sustainable investment environment in Dubai.

Focus on Women's Empowerment

The second day will host the "IPS Women 2025" conference, organised with the Women’s Council of Realtors. This event focuses on empowering women and enhancing their leadership roles in shaping the future of real estate. It underscores efforts to promote gender equality within this vital sector.
