Investment Opportunities For Cultivation Of Seedlings And Fruit Trees Offered By Environment Ministry In Makkah

The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture has introduced three investment opportunities for the private sector. These initiatives aim to boost agriculture in the Makkah Region by cultivating seedlings and fruit trees. This effort seeks to enhance vegetation cover and ensure food security.

The first project involves creating an agricultural city named Hala 1 in Al-Qunfudhah Governorate. Spanning 1.23 million square meters, it focuses on growing fruit trees and offering marketing services. The second opportunity is a 10,000-square-meter site in Adham Governorate for establishing an agricultural nursery dedicated to seedling cultivation.

Makkah Offers Investment in Agriculture Sector

A third opportunity is available on a one-million-square-meter plot in Al-Qunfudhah Governorate. This project aims to set up a nursery for wild seedlings. Interested investors must submit their offers by November 24.
