This collaboration was formalized through a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed at the LEAP24 event, marking a pivotal moment in fostering digital innovation and economic development between Saudi Arabia and France.
The signing ceremony was graced by notable figures including stc Group Chairman of the Board Mohammed Al-Faisal, Saudi Minister of Investment Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, French Minister Delegate of Foreign Trade and Economic Attractiveness Franck Riester, French Ambassador to the Kingdom Ludovic Pouille, stc Group CEO Eng. Olayan Al-Wetaid, and Business France CEO Laurent Saint-Martin. This MoU underscores a mutual commitment to empowering entrepreneurs and stimulating the growth of competitive startups in both nations.

Under this agreement, inspireU and Business France will collaborate to share knowledge, foster new opportunities for collaboration, and drive digital transformation in Saudi Arabia and France. This initiative aligns with the launch of the 11th intake of inspireU from stc's general program, inviting digital startups worldwide to apply.
