InfraX Collaborates With Itron And MEA-Comm To Enhance Smart Utility And IoT Solutions In The UAE

InfraX, a branch of Digital DEWA, has partnered with Itron to enhance the UAE's digital and sustainable infrastructure. This collaboration focuses on developing smart utility and IoT solutions. Announced at GITEX Global 2025, the partnership aims to foster business opportunities and technical cooperation in areas like smart metering and energy management.

The agreement between InfraX and Itron will leverage their combined strengths to improve communication infrastructure and intelligent systems for energy and water. This will enable more efficient operations across utilities and city ecosystems. The collaboration is expected to support the UAE's vision for a sustainable future.

At GITEX, InfraX also signed an MoU with MEA-Comm, a system integrator in the UAE. This partnership focuses on developing private wireless networks for industrial IoT in the Middle East and Africa region. Together, they will assess digital twins and edge-enabled architectures for real-time capabilities in complex environments.

The assessment involves deploying AI-powered platforms to enhance automation and decision-making. This ongoing collaboration with global technology leaders aims to bring advanced solutions to Dubai and the UAE. The focus is on integrating international best practices into local infrastructure.
