Seamless Move: Indian Consulate General Of Dubai Moves Attestation Services To New, Spacious Location

The Consulate General of India in Dubai is now offering its attestation services from a new location. The attestation services, previously located elsewhere, will now operate from Office No. 302 and 104, Al Nasr Central, Oud Metha, Dubai. This change was initiated to accommodate the growing demand for such services among residents of Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

The new premises, now spanning 6,400 square feet, provide ample space compared to the prior 4,000 square feet. This expansion includes the introduction of a premium lounge and a larger general waiting area, aimed at enhancing the comfort and experience of visitors. The Consul General of India, Satish Kumar Sivan, highlighted the move as a response to the increasing need for attestation services in the region.

"We are committed to providing a streamlined and efficient service to all applicants, and this move is a reflection of our continuous efforts to improve our offerings. Our new location will enable us to better serve the needs of the Indian community and all those who require attestation services in Dubai. We remain dedicated to enhancing the customer experience through our state-of-the-art facilities and technology-driven processes," said Mr. Satyajitsinh Duleepsinh Gaekwad, Managing Director of SGIVS Global.

Expanded Attestation Services for Enhanced Accessibility

The center offers a wide range of attestation services, including the verification of death certificates, power of attorney, sworn affidavits, passport copies, medical certificates, and company documents. On average, the consulate handles approximately 250 attestation requests each day, with the capability to process up to 750 requests during peak times. The efficient setup ensures that each request is processed within a maximum of 20 minutes, demonstrating a commitment to prompt service.

For those who depend on public transport, the new location in Oud Metha remains conveniently accessible. It is situated near the Oud Metha Metro Station and the Oud Metha Central Bus Station, facilitating easy access for metro users. The consulate urges applicants to plan their visit while bearing in mind that the center will be closed for the relocation process on Saturday, October 5.

In addition to the relocation, SGIVS Global maintains its presence in Abu Dhabi, with an office located at Office No. 701, Abu Dhabi University Building, Shaikh Al Nahyan Camp Area. This ensures that attestation services are readily available across the emirates, reinforcing the commitment to serving the community's needs comprehensively.

The new address for the attestation services is Office No. 302 and 104, Al Nasr Central, Oud Metha, Dubai, UAE. This relocation to a more spacious and technologically advanced facility is poised to significantly improve the experience for all those requiring attestation services, marking a significant step forward in the consulate's efforts to cater to the needs of its constituents effectively.
