Inception And AppliedAI Announce Strategic Partnership To Build Unified AI-Driven Workflow Platform For Enterprises
Inception has entered a strategic partnership with AppliedAI to build large-scale AI workflow automation for enterprises and governments. The agreement combines Inception’s deployment experience with AppliedAI’s Opus platform, targeting complex operations where decisions and execution must be reliable, traceable, and aligned with national digital strategies.
The two companies plan to offer a unified enterprise platform, powered by Opus, that links workflow automation with decision intelligence. The joint system is designed to manage design, execution, supervision, and auditing of digital workflows, supporting large transformation programmes and strategic decision-making across multiple sectors and geographies.

At the core of the collaboration is Opus, an AI-native workflow environment built by AppliedAI. Opus includes what the company describes as the world’s first enterprise-scale Large Work Model and Work Knowledge Graph, which coordinate structured, executable workflows inside highly regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, and critical infrastructure.
Inception, a G42 company, contributes expertise in creating AI-native products and deploying them across enterprise and national ecosystems. That experience is intended to help extend Opus into sensitive and mission-critical environments in the UAE, the wider Middle East, and other global markets where secure, compliant AI operations are required.
The timing reflects a wider shift in enterprise AI adoption. Organisations are increasingly trying to move from pilots to operational systems at scale. McKinsey & Company’s State of AI in 2025 report states that almost two-thirds of organisations have not yet scaled AI, highlighting workflow redesign as a key differentiator.
Commenting on the announcement, Ashish Koshy, CEO of Inception, said, "Our partnership with AppliedAI unlocks a new class of AI-driven enterprise solutions designed for real-world complexity and scale. With a platform that integrates intelligent agent orchestration with deep workflow and decision intelligence, organisations can move beyond experimentation to operational AI that delivers measurable impact."
Arya Bolurfrushan, CEO of AppliedAI, added, "Enterprises and governments are converging on a simple requirement: AI systems that don’t just inform decisions, but execute work reliably, transparently, and at scale. Partnering with Inception allows Opus to extend this capability across new markets and the world’s most complex organisations. Together, we are turning strategic intent into operational reality." The partnership is positioned as a long-term effort to support scaled AI operations, linking strategy, workflows, and oversight across sectors with growing automation needs.
