Registration Dates And Details For Hajj 2025 In Qatar Announced
For this purpose, the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs (Awqaf) Qatar declared that the electronic registration for this year's Hajj season will be activated on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at 8:00 AM onwards. The early window shall be opened on October 22, 2024, in order to make everything easy for pilgrims and enable Hajj campaigns to organize their services in advance to be prepared for the season.
In a recent press conference, Ali bin Sultan Al Misifri, Director of the Department of Hajj and Umrah, mentioned a few of the benefits of early registration, in reference to its success when instituted during previous years. The early registration process of Hajj campaigns would, therefore, work out a plan regarding necessary services to be provided, such as housing and transportation with permits required, all for the convenience of the pilgrims. That is quite a proactive step with a view to enhancing the whole journey of Hajj by reflecting upon feedback and lessons learned from past seasons.

While Qatar begins its preparation for Hajj 2025, full preparations continue in Saudi Arabia. Already, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has begun the organization of quotas for every country and timelines for major logistics, including accommodations, food, and transport facilities, in respect of their commitment to safe, fulfilling pilgrimages across the board.
How to Apply for Hajj 2025
Qatari pilgrims are supposed to apply online via the official website hajj.gov.qa. A sorting mechanism, connected to the registration, would be followed by the issuance of approvals slated for November.

The ministry will also release an easy-to-use video guide to facilitate smooth registration and make it available on its social media platforms to ensure that pilgrims face no difficulty in smoothly going through the registration process.
Accordingly, this season's preparations by 27 licensed Hajj campaigns were approved and stood ready to assist pilgrims with their preparations.
