IMCTC Secretary-General And Burkina Faso Defense Minister Discuss Counter-Terrorism Efforts

Mohammed bin Saeed Al-Moghedi, Secretary-General of the Islamic Military Counter-Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC), welcomed Kassoum Coulibaly, the Minister of Defense and Veterans Affairs of Burkina Faso, along with his delegation.
