IMCTC And Niger Strengthen Cooperation In Counterterrorism Initiatives And Training Programs

The Minister of National Defense of Niger, Lieutenant General Salifou Modi, recently engaged in discussions with Major General Mohammed bin Saeed Al-Moghedi, the Secretary-General of the Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC). This meeting took place at the Ministry of Defense headquarters in Niamey. The focus was on Niger's ongoing efforts and collaboration with the IMCTC to combat terrorism.

Major General Al-Moghedi praised Niger for its continuous partnership with the IMCTC since its inception. He highlighted Niger's role as a crucial location for the Sahel countries program.
