He stated that celebrating these trained tour guides is part of efforts to strengthen partnerships for their development. The initiative aims to enhance professionalism, standardise practices, and empower guides to deliver exceptional experiences across Saudi Arabia.

IARDA's strategy focuses on promoting sustainable ecotourism by collaborating with the Ministry of Tourism. This collaboration contributes to achieving Vision 2030 goals by developing both reserves into integrated tourist destinations that improve quality of life. The initiative aligns with broader efforts to enhance tourism infrastructure and services in the region.

The authority recognises national tour guides as essential in fostering environmental sustainability through their work. By equipping them with necessary skills and knowledge, IARDA ensures they can effectively connect visitors with the natural environment while promoting conservation efforts.

This initiative not only boosts tourism but also supports local communities by providing job opportunities and fostering economic growth. The focus on ecotourism helps preserve Saudi Arabia's unique landscapes and cultural heritage for future generations.
