IAAPA Expo Middle East 2026 To Deliver Education Programme And Professional Development

Abu Dhabi is set to stage IAAPA Expo Middle East 2026 for the first time. The global attractions and leisure event runs from 30th March to 2nd April 2026. It will take place at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, in partnership with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi.

The Expo will gather senior industry figures, key decision-makers and specialist companies from around the world. Participants will include operators, suppliers and developers from theme parks, water parks, indoor entertainment centres, museums and cultural venues. The event highlights Abu Dhabi’s role as a regional and international centre for innovation in attractions and leisure.

IAAPA Expo Middle East 2026 Education Programme

Organisers confirm that the exhibition floor is fully sold out for IAAPA Expo Middle East. More than 325 exhibitors are booked to showcase products and services. These span rides and attractions, water park equipment, themed entertainment, technology solutions, and systems for safety and operations. The trade show is designed as a platform for networking and deal-making.

To support business discussions, IAAPA Expo Middle East will also host a detailed education programme. Sessions are planned around the latest priorities facing the attractions sector. Further talks will address issues specific to different market segments. These include indoor entertainment centres, destination experiences, cultural attractions and large-scale leisure developments across the Middle East.

A series of EDUTours will give delegates direct exposure to local destinations. These guided visits will show operational practices, safety procedures and guest experience strategies in real settings. An Indoor Entertainment Day will feature Adrenak Adventure, Pixoul Gaming and The National Aquarium. A dedicated Museum Day will spotlight teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi for attending professionals.

Further EDUTours will offer behind-the-scenes access to major Yas Island parks. Delegates will visit SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi and Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi. These tours will explore daily operations and guest management approaches. Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi will additionally serve as the venue for the event’s opening reception.

Professional growth is a central element of IAAPA Expo Middle East. IAAPA will run its established institutes as part of the schedule. These include the Institute for Attraction Professionals, the Institute for Indoor Entertainment Professionals and the Safety Institute. Each course provides structured learning and credit hours that count towards IAAPA Certification outcomes.

IAAPA Expo Middle East and regional strategy

IAAPA positions the Expo within a wider plan to support members worldwide. The event is part of efforts to promote education, collaboration and higher industry standards.
