Vice Minister Honours Contributors to Labour Insurance

The initiative has significantly enhanced Saudi Arabia's appeal as a destination for skilled domestic labor worldwide. Since its inception, over 500,000 labor contracts have been insured under this service. This achievement underscores its effectiveness in attracting domestic workers to the Kingdom.

Abuthnain noted a more than 60% reduction in direct recruitment costs and a decrease in recruitment time from 95 days to 54 days. This applies to domestic labor sourced from over 30 countries. Additionally, there has been a more than 30% decline in labor leasing service costs.

The National Platform for Domestic Recruitment (Musaned) has achieved remarkable success. It ranked first in customer satisfaction across Saudi Arabia according to the Digital Government Authority's index. Musaned also gained international recognition from organizations like the UN International Labor Organization (ILO).

Abuthnain emphasized that maintaining these partnerships will lead to further successes in the future. The insurance service aims to balance the needs of all parties involved while protecting their rights effectively.

This initiative not only supports contractual parties but also strengthens Saudi Arabia's position as a preferred destination for skilled domestic workers globally.
