Human Capability Initiative Conference 2025 Announces Speakers List Featuring 300 Global Leaders And Influencers

The Human Capability Initiative (HCI) Conference, a key event under Saudi Vision 2030, has unveiled its speaker lineup for the second edition. Scheduled for April 13–14, 2025, at Riyadh's King Abdulaziz International Conference Center, the conference will occur under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

With a theme of "Beyond Readiness," this year's conference will host over 300 influential leaders and experts from more than 38 countries. These participants hail from various sectors including academia, business, international organizations, and nonprofits. They will engage in over 100 panel discussions aimed at enhancing human capability and readiness amid global challenges.

Speakers Announced for Human Capability Initiative Conference

A significant feature of the conference is a ministerial roundtable that includes 20 ministers from different nations. Alongside them will be leading international experts in education and technology. This gathering aims to unify global efforts and enrich international dialogue to shape the future of human capabilities.

The conference seeks to contribute to building a prosperous global economy amidst ongoing labor market transformations. It aims to harness modern tools to create educational environments that foster creativity and innovation while building interconnected communities where individuals feel a sense of belonging and responsibility.

The announcement of speakers aligns with a recent World Economic Forum report highlighting workforce challenges. The report states that around 59 percent of the global workforce will need reskilling by 2030 due to evolving labor market demands. This skills gap poses a significant barrier to economic transformation.

The skills gap not only hinders sectoral progress but also increases pressure on workers and employers alike. The HCI Conference aims to address these issues by empowering individuals and communities through sustainable solutions with lasting impact.

Ultimately, the goal is to empower individuals and communities to shape a better future through sustainable solutions and lasting impact. By fostering creativity and innovation, the conference aims to drive community development and prepare for future challenges.
