HRH Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman And UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer Hold Extensive Talks On Cooperation
On Monday evening, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, welcomed United Kingdom Prime Minister Keir Starmer. The official reception took place at the Royal Court in Al-Yamamah Palace, Riyadh. Following the reception, HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister Starmer engaged in comprehensive discussions.
The meeting began with HRH the Crown Prince extending a warm welcome to Prime Minister Starmer and his delegation. In response, Starmer expressed his gratitude for the hospitality shown to him and his team. The discussions focused on strengthening bilateral relations and enhancing cooperation in various fields.

During their talks, both leaders explored opportunities to utilise their countries' resources for mutual benefit. They also addressed regional and international developments, discussing issues of shared concern and ongoing efforts in these areas. This dialogue aimed to foster a deeper understanding between the two nations.
The meeting was attended by several high-ranking Saudi officials. These included Minister of Energy Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz and Saudi Ambassador to the UK Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz. Other notable attendees were Minister of State Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz and Deputy Governor of Riyadh Region Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz.
Also present were Minister of Sport Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz and Minister of the National Guard Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz. The meeting included Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz and Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah.
From the British side, attendees included British Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Neil Crompton and National Security Advisor Jonathan Powell. Deputy Chief of the Prime Minister's Office Vidhya Alakeson and Special Advisor for Business and Investment Varun Chandra were also present, along with other officials.
The discussions highlighted both nations' commitment to enhancing their partnership through collaborative efforts. By addressing key regional issues, they aim to strengthen ties that benefit both countries economically and politically.
