House Of Wisdom Unveils Third Phase Of Treasury Of Wisdom To Enhance Student Knowledge Access
The House of Wisdom in Sharjah has introduced the third phase of its "Treasury of Wisdom" initiative. This project, in partnership with Arada Real Estate Development, is located at the Nest Arada Library within the Nest student housing complex in Aljada. The initiative aims to enhance knowledge resources for students and academics near Sharjah University City, supporting their educational and research pursuits.
During an official ceremony, Marwa Al Aqroubi from the House of Wisdom and Amit Arora from Arada highlighted the project's significance. They emphasised its role in promoting lifelong learning and providing access to diverse knowledge sources for students and researchers. This collaboration aims to enrich intellectual experiences through various resources and activities.

The House of Wisdom has equipped the Nest Library with over 2,000 titles, including academic materials, specialised dictionaries, and popular books. These resources will be regularly updated with new titles. Additionally, cultural events, workshops, and book clubs will be organised to enhance students' intellectual and creative experiences.
Marwa Al Aqroubi stated that this phase of the Treasury of Wisdom reflects their commitment to integrated knowledge-based living. Located near University City, it provides direct support to students by expanding access to knowledge sources. The diverse cultural backgrounds of students make this environment ideal for benefiting from the initiative.
Amit Arora noted that launching the Treasury of Wisdom at Nest by Arada is a significant milestone in their dedication to creating student-focused educational settings. The initiative aligns with Arada’s philosophy of connected living, where creativity, knowledge, and innovation come together to inspire future generations.
An integrated electronic platform has been established within the Nest Library by the House of Wisdom. This platform allows users to search for, borrow, and return books easily. Borrowed books can also be returned at the House of Wisdom headquarters or any other "Treasury of Wisdom" location, broadening public access to these resources.
Building on Previous Successes
This new phase builds upon the success achieved in earlier phases at Maraya Art Centre and Mleiha Archaeological Centre. It continues to play a vital role in enriching Sharjah’s cultural landscape by providing valuable knowledge resources to a wider community.
The complex hosts students from various cultural and academic backgrounds, making it an ideal setting for this initiative. By offering direct support where students are located, it enhances their academic and research experiences significantly.
