Etihad Rail Unveils New High-Speed Train Service Connecting Dubai and Abu Dhabi In Just Under 30 Minutes

Etihad Rail on Thursday has unveiled ambitious plans to launch a high-speed rail service. This initiative will drastically reduce the travel time between Abu Dhabi and Dubai to a mere 30 minutes, significantly quicker than the initially projected 50 minutes. This development was shared during a formal event at Al Faya Depot, highlighting a pivotal shift towards enhancing inter-emirate connectivity.

The project's announcement, graced by the blessings of esteemed leaders including His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, marks a significant milestone a year after the inaugural passenger service journey.
