Hazza Bin Zayed Launches AED 993.7 Million Al Saad Residential Project In Al Ain Region
H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan inaugurated the Al Saad residential project in Al Ain Region. This AED993.7 million initiative includes 306 homes over 1.23 million square metres. The project aims to provide a modern living environment for Emirati citizens, adhering to global standards and best practices, enhancing social welfare and quality of life.
Villas in the Al Saad project feature five bedrooms each, covering 505 square metres on lots of 2,025 square metres. The development also includes community facilities such as three commercial complexes with 18 stores, three mosques accommodating 2,260 worshippers, 34 parks, and a community centre spanning 674 square metres.
H.H. Sheikh Hazza emphasised the project's importance in creating an integrated living environment that aligns with modern engineering standards. He noted its role in supporting sustainable social and urban development in Al Ain by offering advanced housing solutions that improve quality of life and strengthen community ties.
The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority and the Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre were praised for delivering the project's facilities on time. H.H. Sheikh Hazza stressed the need for adopting innovative technologies and designs in construction to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa highlighted that the project reflects the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority's commitment to building integrated communities with innovative housing options for citizens. He stated: "The Al Saad residential project embodies the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority’s efforts to build integrated residential communities that provide innovative residential choices for citizens, in accordance with the highest international standards."
Hamad Hareb Al Muhairi explained that the project was designed to meet growing citizen demands while supporting Al Ain's expansion. He said it enhances citizens' quality of life by addressing their space and design needs, focusing on integrated communities with essential services.

The project aligns with leadership's vision for sustainable development and social wellbeing across all life aspects. It aims to foster family cohesion by allowing beneficiaries to choose homes based on individual needs and circumstances.
Engineer Maysarah Mahmoud Eid reiterated their commitment to improving lives through superior public facilities that follow strict sustainability guidelines, raising living standards across the emirate.
Abu Dhabi Housing Authority's Role
Since its inception in 2012, the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority has significantly contributed to providing government housing for Emiratis. It has overseen residential plots delivery, approved housing loans, and granted exemptions worth over AED162 billion, benefiting more than 118,700 citizens.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by several dignitaries including Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Dr Mugheer Khamis Al Khaili; Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa; Hamad Hareb Al Muhairi; Engineer Hamad Ali Al Dhaheri; Rashed Abdulkarim Al Blooshi; and Engineer Maysarah Mahmoud Eid.
