Hamdan Foundation Initiates Evaluation For Third World Giftedness Centre Awards To Promote Educational Excellence
The Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Medical and Educational Sciences has started evaluating submissions for the third World Giftedness Centre (WGC) Awards. This initiative promotes excellence and innovation in global gifted education and care.
Dr. Khalifa Ali Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of the Foundation, remarked, "Today, we begin the evaluation process for the World Giftedness Center Awards, marking a significant step before the announcement of results. We anticipate outcomes that reflect the growth and progress achieved, as indicated by the evaluations of submissions from the previous phase."

These awards aim to enhance gifted education worldwide. They align with the UAE's leadership vision to develop education to meet high international standards. The Foundation is committed to collaborating with global partners to share expertise and successful educational practices.
The Applied Research Global Award of Talented Education encourages researchers worldwide. It focuses on studies that advance methods for educating gifted individuals and developing talents in various fields.
The School Global Award Initiative of Talented Education targets school professionals. It includes teachers, administrators, and specialists who have created outstanding initiatives supporting gifted students in both public and private schools.
Each award offers US$25,000 annually to one winner per category. This year, nine applications were received for the Applied Research Global Award of Talented Education. Meanwhile, two submissions were made for the School Global Award Initiative of Talented Education.
All entries are evaluated rigorously using objective criteria to ensure fairness and transparency throughout the process.
The Foundation's efforts highlight its dedication to fostering an advanced educational environment globally. By recognising exceptional contributions in gifted education, it aims to inspire continued innovation and excellence in this vital field.
