Hamdan Bin Mohammed Appoints New Leaders To Enhance Dubai Government Entities

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, has announced new leadership appointments in key government entities. This follows the approval of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE. These appointments aim to align with Dubai's strategic vision for future development.

Dr. Alawi Alsheikh Ali has been appointed as the Director General of the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). His Highness extended his best wishes for Dr. Ali's success in enhancing healthcare services in Dubai. The appointment is part of a broader strategy to advance the emirate's healthcare sector.

New Leadership Appointments in Dubai Government

Eng. Marwan bin Ghalita has been confirmed as the Director General of Dubai Municipality after serving in an interim role. His appointment highlights the municipality's critical role in promoting sustainable development and improving living standards, which are essential to Dubai's vision as a leading global city.

Omar Bushahab has been named Director General of the Dubai Land Department and Chairman of the Board at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment. Additionally, Mohammed Al Shehhi will serve as Acting CEO of the housing establishment, reflecting a focus on enhancing housing solutions.

The police force also saw significant changes with Major General Harib Mohammed Al Shamsi appointed as Deputy Commander-in-Chief for Criminal Affairs. Major General Ahmed Zaal Al Muhairi will take on the role of Deputy Commander-in-Chief for Administrative Affairs, strengthening leadership within Dubai Police.

His Highness expressed gratitude to Awad Seghayer Al Ketbi for his dedication and contributions during his tenure at DHA. He acknowledged Al Ketbi's efforts to improve healthcare services and wished him continued success in future endeavours.
