The UAE Government Experience Exchange Programme began at the World Government Summit in 2018. It aims to build international partnerships by sharing expertise, experiences, and success stories. The initiative focuses on empowering governments, enhancing capabilities, and preparing leaders for future challenges.

Since its launch, this programme has forged strong ties with governments in 45 countries and six Arab and international organisations. These partnerships align with the UAE’s vision for international relations based on cooperation and constructive collaboration in shaping future governance.

These initiatives reflect the UAE's commitment to fostering global leadership development through strategic partnerships and knowledge exchange programmes. They aim to equip leaders with skills needed for future governance challenges while strengthening international relations through shared learning experiences.
