The 'AI Infrastructure Empowerment Platform' was launched to help government entities in Dubai adopt AI technologies more rapidly. This platform offers a secure digital environment with advanced infrastructure and smart services. It enables entities to develop AI-driven solutions efficiently while ensuring cybersecurity and reliability.

The platform's objectives include accelerating AI technology use in government, improving operational efficiency, reducing costs through shared infrastructure, and strengthening governance frameworks. These efforts aim to safeguard government data integrity and trustworthiness.

The creation of the 'Dubai AI Acceleration Taskforce' was also approved. This taskforce will enhance collaboration among government entities to align their strategic vision for AI adoption within an integrated framework supporting Dubai’s digital transformation journey.

The taskforce follows discussions by the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence with Chief AI officers from 27 government entities. It aims to enhance institutional integration, expedite decision-making, and drive measurable impact by adopting the latest AI technologies across sectors.

Unicorn 30 Programme

Sheikh Hamdan also launched the 'Unicorn 30 Programme', developed by the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy with participation from 80 local and international companies. The programme seeks to fast-track 30 emerging companies' growth in new economic sectors, enabling them to become global unicorns originating from Dubai.

This initiative under Dubai Founders HQ leverages global best practices to empower startups and strengthen Dubai’s digital economy ecosystem. It includes ten key initiatives covering financing, growth, regulation, and governance designed to create a supportive environment for startups scaling globally.

GITEX Global Relocation

The committee reviewed plans for GITEX Global's upcoming edition in December 2026. The event will move from the Dubai World Trade Centre to Expo City Dubai, marking a significant milestone in its evolution. The relocation aims to deliver an unparalleled experience supported by advanced infrastructure reflecting Dubai’s future-oriented vision.

This move will feature richer content, expanded global participation, and greater engagement from international media and industry leaders within a sustainable environment.

Recent Achievements

During the meeting, Sheikh Hamdan received updates on major projects launched recently. This includes the Dubai PropTech Hub announced last July aiming to create the largest hub for property technology companies in MENA by 2030. The hub seeks to attract 200 specialised companies while creating over 3,000 skilled jobs supporting innovation-driven economy through new construction-related roles.
