Hajj Ministry Expands Nusuk Care Centres With 39 New Locations And 142 Service Points For Pilgrims
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has expanded its "Nusuk Care" centres, adding over 39 new locations and 142 service points for the Hajj season. These centres are strategically placed in Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, and at key ports. This expansion supports 15 permanent centres that operate throughout the year to assist pilgrims.
Introduced in 2019, Nusuk Care is an integrated system by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. It aims to improve the pilgrim experience by providing real-time humanitarian, guidance, and health services. Qualified field teams are positioned in strategic areas to serve as the first point of contact for pilgrims, addressing their needs promptly.

Since its launch, these centres have delivered over eight million services. They offer guidance, handle complaints, and provide primary health services like immediate aid and vital sign checks. The teams consist of skilled national personnel who speak 11 languages, including sign language, ensuring effective communication with pilgrims from diverse backgrounds.
The centres are connected to the "Nusuk" platform for seamless data coordination among service providers. This connection facilitates quick decision-making based on real-time field information. Advanced electronic tools are used to gauge pilgrim satisfaction instantly, enabling service improvements through direct feedback.
These efforts reflect a commitment to enhancing the pilgrimage experience by addressing challenges efficiently and ensuring that pilgrims receive comprehensive support during their journey.
