Hajj Conference In Jeddah Concludes With Focus On Innovation And Global Collaboration

The fourth Hajj Conference and Exhibition, themed "A Passage to Nusuk," recently concluded in Jeddah. Organised by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah alongside the Pilgrim Experience Program, this four-day event drew participants from over 100 countries. It featured 300 exhibitors and 150 speakers across 75 dialogue sessions. The conference attracted nearly 150,000 visitors, showcasing innovative solutions and fostering global collaboration.

The Nusuk Masar platform was pivotal in the event, enabling countries to manage arrangements electronically. This aligns with Saudi Vision 2030's digital transformation goals. The platform aims to streamline services for pilgrims worldwide. The conference also tackled challenges like sustainability and artificial intelligence in the Hajj sector, supporting pioneering projects.

Hajj Conference Concludes with Key Innovations

Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfig Al-Rabiah expressed gratitude to King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince for their unwavering support. He acknowledged everyone who contributed to enhancing the Hajj experience. The event highlighted Saudi Arabia's commitment to improving pilgrimage services through innovation.

On the sidelines of the conference, agreements were signed with 77 countries. These agreements followed extensive preparatory work, including delivering 80 initial arrangement documents to Hajj affairs offices globally. Additionally, 78 preparatory meetings and six workshops were held to ensure smooth coordination.

Countries are now working within a set timeline to finalise arrangements for their pilgrims. The deadline for service contracts is approaching, reflecting the Kingdom's dedication to providing a seamless Hajj experience while maintaining high standards of quality and organisation.

The conference served as a platform for presenting innovative projects that address key challenges in the Hajj sector. By bringing together leading service providers, it aimed to explore new solutions and foster collaboration with Hajj affairs offices worldwide.
