More than 220 exhibitors from 137 countries took part, leading to the signing of over 670 cooperation agreements. These achievements have significantly enhanced services for pilgrims, improving their experiences during last year's Hajj season.

This year’s conference will feature more than 80 sessions and 60 specialised workshops. It will bring together academics, researchers, pilgrims' affairs offices, diplomatic missions, and over 2,400 trainees globally. The event will highlight a comprehensive Hajj ecosystem involving various sectors such as travel and tourism, transportation, telecommunications, healthcare, catering, hospitality, technology, insurance, crowd management, logistics, and more.

The non-profit sector will also play a role through cooperative institutions and initiatives offering innovative solutions. These efforts aim to enhance services and promote sustainability within the Hajj framework. The ministry stressed that these initiatives align with the Pilgrim Experience Program's goals under Vision 2030.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah emphasised that these efforts reinforce Saudi Arabia's global leadership in serving pilgrims. The ministry invites experts and interested individuals worldwide to register for the event via the official website: www.hajjconfex.com.

By showcasing diverse sectors involved in Hajj operations, the conference aims to foster collaboration and innovation. This approach ensures continuous improvement in service quality for pilgrims visiting Saudi Arabia each year.
