Hajj And Umrah Ministry Announces February 14 Deadline For Finalising Hajj Services Contracts
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has set a deadline for Hajj affairs offices worldwide to finalise their service contracts for the 1446 AH Hajj season. These contracts must be completed through the Nusuk Masar platform, which is specifically for international pilgrims. The ministry has outlined a detailed timeline with eight key phases, starting from the 20th of Rabi' Al-Thani 1446 AH.
To ensure optimal services for pilgrims, the Ministry emphasises adherence to Saudi Arabia's regulations. This includes requirements for both air and ground transportation. Additionally, compliance with security, health, and procedural guidelines in the Hajj agreement is crucial. These agreements are between the ministry and relevant offices in various countries.

After the deadline, no further contracting will be accepted. At this point, actual quotas for pilgrims from different countries will be determined. The process of issuing visas will begin immediately after this phase concludes.
The ministry urges Hajj offices to inform pilgrims about the importance of following all regulations and instructions during their pilgrimage. Obtaining visas and permits through official channels is essential. Pilgrims must also have identification documents like the Nusuk Card upon arrival in Saudi Arabia.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah stresses that these measures are vital to ensure a smooth pilgrimage experience. By adhering to these guidelines, both safety and efficiency can be maintained throughout the Hajj season.
