Hail Region Governor Prince Abdulaziz Launches 4th International Quality Conference On Education Excellence

On Sunday, the 4th International Quality Conference, themed "Innovation in Education Quality for Excellence and Sustainable University Competitiveness," was inaugurated by Governor of Hail Region Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz. The event took place at the University of Hail Conference Center, with Deputy Governor Prince Faisal bin Fahd bin Muqrin bin Abdulaziz and Acting President Dr. Badr Al-Harbi in attendance.

Upon arrival, Prince Abdulaziz opened an exhibition showcasing contributions from various entities. The ceremony began with a presentation on Saudi Arabia's achievements in educational quality. Dr. Al-Harbi expressed gratitude to the governor and deputy governor for their ongoing support, emphasizing the conference's focus on enhancing educational standards and fostering competitiveness among universities.

Governor Launches 4th Quality Conference in Hail

This year's conference highlights efforts to improve educational quality across institutions. Dr. Al-Harbi noted that all undergraduate programs at the university have received accreditation, with 83% developed under the second development plan. These efforts aim to create a positive and competitive academic environment.

The university's initiatives have led to significant outcomes, including a 94% student satisfaction rate regarding learning quality. Additionally, employer satisfaction with graduate competencies stands at 89%, while beneficiary satisfaction with university services is at 92%.

During the event, two cooperation agreements were signed. One agreement between the University of Hail and the University of Jeddah focuses on exchanging performance indicators and best practices. Another agreement with Arabian Contractor Company aims to enhance administrative processes within educational institutions and accredit administrative units at the university.

The governor also acknowledged those who contributed to the conference's success. He honoured participating entities, success partners, keynote speakers, and deans of quality and development from various Saudi universities.

The conference underscores Saudi Arabia's commitment to advancing education quality through innovation and collaboration. By focusing on program accreditation and institutional development, universities aim to achieve excellence and maintain competitiveness in higher education.
