During his tour, H.H. Sheikh Mansoor visited several pavilions, starting with Symrise from Germany. Here, he learned about their latest innovations in flavours and sustainable ingredients. His next stop was Chocolake from Jordan, which focuses on environmentally friendly production solutions.

The record international participation this year underscores global confidence in Dubai and the UAE's leadership in food innovation. The event serves as a pivotal platform for accelerating smart and sustainable transformations within the food industry.

At Givaudan from Switzerland, H.H. Sheikh Mansoor explored AI-powered technologies in flavours and fragrances. He also visited Middleby from the USA, which displayed advanced equipment aimed at enhancing production efficiency and safety.

Exploring Advanced Technologies

The tour continued with IMCD from the Netherlands, focusing on specialised ingredient distribution supporting food sector innovation. At Tetra Pak from Switzerland, he viewed sustainable packaging technologies designed to reduce carbon footprints.

The exhibition features specialised events like the FoodTech Summit. This summit gathers leaders from companies such as Mars, Titan Capital, Unilever, and Hive Capital to discuss future trends in food manufacturing.

Strategic Industry Insights

The current edition includes country pavilions showcasing diverse expertise: France with organic products; Germany with precision technology; Italy with sustainable practices. These pavilions highlight each country's contributions to modernising traditional products through advanced manufacturing techniques.

The global food processing market is expected to grow significantly by 2034, reaching US$318.29 billion. Artificial intelligence will drive this growth through automation and machine learning across all production stages.
