Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Ali, CEO of Trends Research and Advisory, highlighted the deep-rooted, multidimensional historical connections between the Gulf States and France. Dr. Hamad Al-Kaabi, CEO of Aletihad News Centre and Editor-in-Chief of Aletihad Newspaper, shed light on the cultural dimensions of Gulf-European relations, emphasizing the long-standing history of rich exchanges between Europeans and Arabs.

Amr Abdelrahim, Research Fellow at IFRI's Turkey and Middle East program in France, discussed how artificial intelligence serves as a pivotal driver for GCC-European cooperation.
