GPSSA Concludes Four-Day Training For GCC Delegates On Customer Happiness And Talent Management

The General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) recently concluded a four-day training session titled "Insurance Kit – Customer Happiness" for delegates from GCC pension and social security authorities. Held from 21 to 24 April at GPSSA's Abu Dhabi headquarters, the event aimed to enhance knowledge, experience, and collaboration among participants from various GCC regions.

During the training, experts from GPSSA emphasised three key areas: future skills, professional skills, and global benchmarks for efficiency and talent management. The UAE's achievements in talent management were highlighted, as it ranks first regionally and 17th globally in the Global Talent Competitiveness Index (GTCI). This ranking surpasses countries like the UK, USA, Canada, France, and South Korea.

GPSSA Training for GCC Delegates Concludes

An interactive presentation showcased the history of insurance and social security through a cinematic documentary. It highlighted their importance in individuals' lives and their role in supporting national strategies across the GCC. These strategies aim to ensure stability for citizens working outside their home countries within the GCC.

Another engaging presentation focused on customer happiness by exploring the UAE's innovative approach to government services. Attendees learned about prominent systems like the Emirates Programme for Excellence in Government Services and the Global Star Rating System for Services. The session also covered transitioning to proactive services using advanced AI technology.

Participants navigated knowledge-based stations that showcased global models in government services. Discussions included GPSSA’s proactive development services aligning with the UAE government's 2021-2025 strategy. This strategy aims to make the UAE a leader in providing innovative government services focused on customer needs.

The workshop concluded with delegates praising the UAE's organisational capabilities. Participants received commemorative shields and certificates of participation. A group photo marked the end of this collaborative event aimed at enhancing regional cooperation in pension and social security sectors.
