GPSSA Introduces Ma'ashi: A Digital Pension Platform Enhancing User Experience
The General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) has introduced Ma'ashi, a digital pension platform now available to users. This initiative is part of the UAE's push towards digital transformation, aiming to improve service delivery for employers, insured Emiratis, pensioners, and beneficiaries. The platform aligns with the UAE's 'We are the UAE 2031' vision, enhancing customer service over the next decade.
Ma'ashi allows users to independently access services using a digital identity. GPSSA is conducting workshops for government and private sectors to ensure comprehensive understanding of these services. Employers can interact with insured members digitally, review data and requests before approval, and receive proactive notifications when actions are needed.

Both civilians and military personnel can now directly request services like end-of-service benefits or employment period adjustments. Previously, these tasks required employer intervention. The platform also facilitates proactive financial planning for insured members by providing access to insurance benefits and retirement eligibility details.
Agents and guardians can register on behalf of elderly or minor members to manage services like issuing reports or updating personal files. This ensures that even those unable to access the platform themselves can still benefit from its features. Privacy and confidentiality are guaranteed while offering flexibility in accessing services anytime.
Employers benefit from 24/7 access to GPSSA's services, enabling them to track service status and support requests efficiently. They can manage transactions effortlessly, ensuring timely contributions and service availability with ease. This enhances GPSSA's partnership with stakeholders while promoting insurance awareness.
The Ma'ashi platform supports transparency in data management by allowing users to track contributions, pay invoices, and obtain necessary statements or reports. It holds all parties accountable for maintaining insurance awareness and fulfilling their responsibilities effectively.
By transforming its digital services through Ma'ashi, GPSSA aims to boost customer satisfaction significantly. The platform empowers users by providing them with tools for rational retirement decisions based on comprehensive information about their employment history and expected pension amounts.
The introduction of Ma'ashi marks a significant step towards achieving the UAE government's goal of creating one of the most prosperous societies globally by 2031. Through enhanced digital services, GPSSA is committed to delivering superior customer experiences while fostering greater engagement among stakeholders in managing their pension-related needs effectively.
