GPSSA Partners With Core42 To Advance Artificial Intelligence In Data Management Services

The General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Core42, a G42 company, during GITEX Global 2025. This collaboration aims to strengthen the UAE's position in smart government services by developing a data and AI platform. The platform will enhance customer experience and support decision-making through detailed data analysis.

Core42 is tasked with creating a unified and secure data platform for GPSSA using cutting-edge AI and information security technologies. This platform will enable GPSSA to offer advanced proactive government services. The initiative aligns with the "We the Emirates 2031" vision and the National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence, ensuring data management within the UAE meets top security standards.

The partnership aims to boost digital transformation by integrating AI technology into pension and social security services. This move supports sustainable development by empowering national talent and fostering an innovative work environment. It also ensures effective internal services through a comprehensive digital infrastructure that adapts to future needs.

Faras Al Ramahi, Director-General at GPSSA, highlighted the strategic importance of this step towards building a future-ready government. The collaboration with Core42 will help GPSSA create a 'digital fortress' for managing data related to insured individuals, pensioners, and employers securely.
