Global Sports Tower Design Gets Green Light From Sports Boulevard Foundation

The board of directors of the Sports Boulevard Foundation (SBF), led by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has approved the designs for the Global Sports Tower. This landmark will be part of the Sports Boulevard project on Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Road.

The Global Sports Tower is set to be the tallest sports tower globally, standing at 130 meters. It will feature over 30 different sports facilities and the world's highest indoor climbing wall, which measures 98 meters. The tower will also have a fully digitised running track at its peak, offering a unique training experience with stunning views of Riyadh.

The Sports Boulevard project spans more than 135km along Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Road. It connects Wadi Hanifah in the West with Wadi Al Sulai in the East through safe green pathways for pedestrians, cyclists, athletes, and horse riders. The project includes over 4.4 million square meters of greenery and open spaces and up to 50 multidisciplinary sports facilities.
