The event, themed "The Future of Occupational Safety and Health," was organised by the National Council for Occupational Safety and Health (NCOSH). It was held under the patronage of Ahmed Al-Rajhi, Minister of Human Resources and Social Development and NCOSH Chairman.
Officials, specialists, and international experts gathered to discuss occupational safety's present and future. They shared knowledge, reviewed best practices, and explored Saudi Arabia's efforts to enhance workplace safety. These initiatives align with Saudi Vision 2030's objectives.

The conference concluded with recommendations to develop innovative technologies. These technologies aim to mitigate climate change effects, especially heat stress in work environments. Participants stressed the importance of adopting these advancements to improve workplace conditions.
An exhibition accompanied the conference, showcasing the historical evolution of occupational safety and health. It highlighted NCOSH's role in enhancing workplace safety and supporting the Saudi labor market's appeal.
The conference emphasized incorporating occupational safety policies for digital economy workers, freelancers, and mobile laborers. This aims to ensure inclusive legal protection for all workers in these sectors.
Participants urged publishing the scientific content presented during the conference on NCOSH and conference websites. This includes sessions, presentations, and workshops to ensure accessibility for stakeholders and professionals.
