The General Presidency for Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has confirmed its comprehensive readiness to offer enriching services to worshippers and visitors. This initiative supports the moderate message of the Two Holy Mosques. The Presidency has introduced an enrichment path to deepen the understanding of Friday's etiquettes, practices, and virtues among visitors.
To enhance religious awareness, the Presidency has activated Quranic circle programs and intensified dawah and guidance lessons. It also organises specialised scientific activities. These efforts aim to foster a spiritual environment that enriches the faith experience of visitors, allowing them to perform rituals in an atmosphere of reverence and tranquility.

The "Answering the Questioner" service is a key offering supervised by 71 scholars and students across seven main locations within the Grand Mosque. This service provides answers in multiple languages through religious translators. Designated areas for women are available at prayer area 74 on the ground floor and area 84 on the first floor.
In line with technological advancements, smart interactive screens have been installed throughout the Grand Mosque. These screens enable users to download and read religious books easily. QR codes are also provided, offering reliable digital scholarly content in several languages, enhancing accessibility for all visitors.
The Presidency also offers responses to inquiries via toll-free numbers 8001222400 and 8001222100. These initiatives aim to enhance on-site religious awareness, fostering a spiritual environment that enriches visitors' faith experiences.
