Several prominent aviation and government entities participated in the forum, sharing their best practices for improving service flexibility and simplifying procedures. Among these were Abu Dhabi Airports, Dubai Airports, Etihad Airways, flydubai, Sharjah International Airport, Air Arabia, Ras Al Khaimah International Airport, and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai.

Saif Al Suwaidi emphasised innovation and agile governance as crucial for sustaining leadership in civil aviation. He stated that "The Zero Bureaucracy Programme at the GCAA has become a strategic and sustainable path aimed at enhancing the customer experience, improving institutional efficiency, and strengthening the sector’s competitiveness."

The first phase of the programme achieved notable results. It completed 52 Zero Bureaucracy processes, reduced over 496 procedures, eliminated more than 90 requirements, and removed 82 documents. This led to savings of over 32,000 working hours and a reduction of more than 4 million kilogrammes of carbon emissions during 2024.

The organisation of this forum reflects GCAA's dedication to implementing best practices for achieving Zero Bureaucracy. It aims to promote a culture of simplification and efficiency within the UAE's civil aviation sector. This initiative contributes to enhancing competitiveness in aviation-related government services.

Further improvements are anticipated in 2025 as part of ongoing efforts to advance the UAE’s vision for a more efficient and innovative government within civil aviation. The forum serves as a platform for sharing successful experiences that align with national directives on service enhancement.
