GCC Secretary General Jasem Albudaiwi Advocates For Maritime Security And Regional Cooperation
Jasem Albudaiwi, the Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), has highlighted the importance of maritime navigation freedom and security. He urged for increased regional and international collaboration to safeguard maritime supply chains. His comments were made at the 8th Indian Ocean Conference in Muscat, Oman, which focused on "Voyage to New Horizons of Maritime Partnership." Albudaiwi began his address by expressing gratitude to Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of Oman for hosting the conference.
