GCC Ministerial Council Meeting Aims To Enhance Coordination On Regional And International Issues

The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretary General, Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, highlighted the objectives of the recent Ministerial Council Meeting. Held alongside the 79th United Nations General Assembly session, the meeting aimed to align efforts among member states on regional and international matters. This gathering took place at Qatar's Permanent Mission to the UN in New York.

Foreign ministers from GCC countries attended this meeting, which was led by Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Qatar's Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs. Albudaiwi emphasized that the GCC is now a significant player within the UN framework.
